Why do Orthodox call their priest father when Jesus said call no man father?

Jesus also says in the same passage, call no man teacher, and yet we call people teachers. What Jesus said was not really call no man father. It was really more accurately described as call no man daddy. The purpose of the verse is to exemplify our relationship with God the Father. So much so that in relationship to God, we should consider no one either a father or a teacher in comparison to the amount that we rely on him. That is the purpose.
