Manhood
Why do women reject me when I treat them well?
Meanwhile, you have men who want to find in a woman their meaning and purpose. They want to find their value in having a woman and having somebody that loves them, because a lot of times men feel very unloved. And sadly, many times men feel very unlovable. And so they create this dynamic where a woman begins to feel worthless. And so a man begins to pursue her with good intentions. He's the kind of typical nice guy. He actually wants a long-term relationship, but he wants a long-term relationship to fulfill something within himself. And so when a woman encounters a man like this where she doesn't feel worthy, she begins to think, his assessment of me is wrong. He's just wrong for treating me this way. There must be something wrong with him, because he doesn't see who I really am. He's treating me in a way that's strange, that they're unaccustomed to. And so the guys are kind of white knighting in this hope of finding this relationship and this love and this fulfillment from a woman that a woman cannot possibly give to them. And a woman, when she becomes accustomed to people treating her poorly and devaluing her, begins to sense that the guy who is overvaluing her in her own mind is wrong. He's off. There's something strange about him. His behavior is weird. And so they're not even interested in it. This happens, I would say, in a high percentage of relationships today.
